  • Is your service free?

    If your bills are successfully negotiated, you will incur in a one-time savings service fee of 40% of your total savings secured on your bill (up to a 24-month period).

    For example, if we save you $200 on your phone bill from a new 24-month contract, we will charge your card $80 (which is 40% of the savings on your phone bill) as a savings service fee. Another example, if we save you $175 on your cable bill from a new 12-month contract, we will charge your card $70 (which is 40% of the savings on your cable bill across the 12 months) as a savings service fee. Please note, we will only lock you into a new 24-month contract if the savings are superior to that of a new 12-month contract. Our fee is capped at 24 months and all the savings beyond that 24-month period are for you to enjoy without any additional fees.

    If we’re unable to secure you savings on your bill through our negotiations, you will not incur a savings service fee. It can’t get simpler than that!

  • Are payment plans available to help spread out your fee?

    Yes, we offer flexible payment plans that allow you to spread your fee up to 10-months. There is a one-time service fee of $9 to set up the convenient payment plan.

    Payment plans can be set up by clicking the link within the Invoice email sent by the BillBargain team.

  • Is your service safe to use?

    These days, you can never be too careful when it comes to protecting your personal and financial information online. We take data protection very seriously, which is why we utilize 256-bit bank level encryption to store your important information and documents.

  • Will you share my personal information with 3rd parties?

  • Why should I use BillBargain and not negotiate myself?

    The negotiation process can be difficult and time-consuming for customers that choose to contact their service provider directly. Nobody wants to spend hours in-line or waiting on the on the phone without a guarantee of securing a good offer! Our experienced team will research and negotiate the best rates available on the market.

  • Can you help me cancel my active subscriptions?

    Absolutely. Once you're an active BillBargain customer, we can work with you to cancel any and all subscriptions as you desire. Please schedule a call with one of our experts, email us or upload the bill with the subscriptions you're looking to cancel. Please note, there is a $9 service fee for canceling or adjusting your service.

  • Will you change my plan or service level?

    We will never downgrade your plan or service level without your pre-approval. We will only accept upgrades to your plan at no additional cost to you.

  • Can you help me cancel service with my provider?

    Yes, we can cancel any of your services on your behalf. We can also make any adjustments to your account as you desire. If you're looking to add, edit or adjust your service, please let us know and we'll take care of it all. Please note, there is a $9 service fee for canceling or adjusting your service.

  • I had an outage with my service. Will you help me get a refund?

    Yes, please upload your cable, internet or phone bill and we will work on your behalf to get any refund possible. We only charge you (40%) when we successfully get you a statement credit. If we don’t save you any money, you won’t pay a dime.

  • Does the BillBargain service negatively impact my credit score?

    No, there is no impact on your credit score throughout the process.

  • Is the bill negotiation service available for businesses or just personal accounts?

    Both! Our experts are trained to handle both businesses and personal bill negotiations.
